Victorian Bird Sales
There are many Wimmera Bird club members that attend bird sales across Victoria and a few even visit the interstate sales, both to buy and sell and we know to check on the regulations as they do very from state to state. The Victorian Avicultural Council (VAC) has just updated the Victorian regulations, so make sure you now and understand them so you don't get turned away at the next sale.
